This Privacy Policy describes how 353bet collects, uses, stores and protects the personal data of users of the platform available at 353bet.best. It is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside them. By creating an account or using any 353bet service, you confirm that you have read and understood this document.

1. Introduction and Who We Are

353bet is a Sports Betting and online casino platform dedicated to the Brazilian market. As the controller of its users' personal data, 353bet is responsible for determining how that data is collected, how it is used, and how long it is retained — always in compliance with the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados Pessoais (LGPD — Lei nº 13.709/2018).

This Policy applies to all users, registered or not, who access the website, use the mobile app, or interact with any 353bet service, including chat, WhatsApp, and email support. It also applies to job applicants, affiliates, and business partners who provide personal data to the platform.

Core commitment: 353bet never sells, rents, or trades its user database to third parties for marketing or any other commercial purpose. Your data belongs to you — we only process it to keep the platform running properly.

This Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in legislation, platform practices, or services offered. When a significant update occurs, you will be notified by email and/or through a notice on the platform before the new terms take effect.

2. Data We Collect

353bet collects only the data necessary for the purposes described in this Policy — nothing beyond what is required to operate the platform securely and meet applicable legal obligations.

2.1 Data you provide directly

  • Registration data: full name, CPF, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and residential address
  • Identity documents: National ID (RG), driver's license (CNH), passport, or work permit, submitted during the identity verification (KYC) process
  • Proof of address: utility bill (water, electricity, or gas) or bank statement in the user's name, issued within the last 90 days
  • Financial data: Pix key, bank details for wire transfers (bank, branch, account number), credit or debit card details — processed by PCI-DSS certified payment gateways
  • Communications: messages sent to support via chat, WhatsApp, or email, and responses to satisfaction surveys

2.2 Automatically collected data

  • Usage data: pages visited, session duration, bets placed, games accessed, login times, and in-platform browsing history
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device model, screen resolution, and unique device identifiers
  • Location data: approximate location inferred from IP address for regulatory compliance and fraud detection purposes — 353bet does not collect precise GPS location without explicit consent
  • Cookies and similar technologies: as described in Section 8 of this Policy
Credit card data: 353bet does not store full credit or debit card numbers on its servers. This data is processed directly by certified payment gateways, which return only an encrypted token for future payment identification. Your card details are never exposed within 353bet's systems.

3. How We Use Your Data

Data collected by 353bet is used exclusively for the following purposes:

Purpose Data Used Legal Basis
Creating and managing your account Full name, CPF, email, mobile number, date of birth Contract performance
Process deposits and withdrawals Pix key, bank details, card data (token) Contract performance

Regulatory and tax compliance CPF, financial data, transaction history Legal obligation

353bet does not use your data to build psychological profiles, for political purposes, or for any purpose not described above. If a new use of your data arises, you will be informed, and where consent is the legal basis, we will request your authorization before any new processing begins.

5. Sharing Data with Third Parties

353bet does not sell your personal data. Sharing only occurs in the situations below, with partners bound by contractual obligations of confidentiality and data protection equivalent to those in this Policy:

5.1 Required operational partners

  • Payment gateways: to process transactions via Pix, boleto bancário, credit/debit card, PicPay, and Mercado Pago — they receive only the data strictly necessary to process the payment
  • Casino game providers: to operate slots, live casino, and crash games — they receive an anonymous user identifier, not your full personal data
  • Identity verification services: to validate documents during the KYC process — documents are processed and discarded after verification in accordance with the provider's terms
  • Cloud infrastructure providers: servers where data is stored — operating under data processing agreements with standards equivalent to the LGPD
  • Customer support tools: chat and support platforms used to manage customer interactions — agents only have access to the data needed to resolve the request

5.2 Data Sharing Required by Law

353bet may share data with public authorities — such as the Federal Revenue Service, betting regulatory bodies, or law enforcement — when required by law, court order, or applicable regulation. In such cases, sharing is limited to the minimum necessary to fulfill the legal requirement and is documented internally.

Please note: 353bet never shares user data with marketing companies, data brokers, social networks for advertising purposes, or any third party not listed above. If you receive unsolicited communication claiming to be from 353bet or its partners, contact us immediately — it may be a phishing attempt.

6. Data Security

353bet applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, accidental disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Key measures include:

  • Encryption in transit: all communication between your device and 353bet's servers is protected by TLS 1.3 (HTTPS) with a 256-bit SSL certificate — the padlock icon in your browser
  • Encryption at rest: sensitive data stored on our servers — such as identity documents and financial data — is encrypted at rest using keys managed by an HSM (Hardware Security Module)
  • Access control: user data is accessible only to employees and systems with a legitimate need for access, following the principle of least privilege. No employee has unrestricted access to the full database
  • Multi-factor authentication: all internal 353bet systems that process user data require two-factor authentication for staff members
  • Continuous monitoring: intrusion detection systems and SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) monitor the environment around the clock for suspicious activity
  • Security testing: the infrastructure undergoes periodic penetration testing conducted by independent specialized firms
  • Incident response plan: in the event of a data breach that may affect users' rights, 353bet will notify the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD) and the affected users within the timeframe established by the LGPD
Your role in keeping your account secure: 353bet protects data on the platform side, but the security of your account also depends on you: use a strong, unique password for 353bet, enable two-factor authentication in your account settings, and never share your password with anyone — including anyone claiming to be from 353bet support.

7. Data Retention

353bet retains your personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, in compliance with the minimum retention periods required under Brazilian law:

Data Category Retention Period Justification
Registration data (name, CPF, email) 5 years after account closure Regulatory obligation for betting and fraud prevention
Financial records (deposits, withdrawals) 5 years Brazilian tax legislation (CTN)
KYC documents (national ID, driver's license, proof of address) 5 years after account closure Anti-money laundering compliance (Law No. 9,613/1998)
Betting history 5 years Regulatory compliance
Access logs (IP address, device) 6 months Brazilian Internet Civil Rights Framework (Law No. 12,965/2014)
Support communications 2 years after the case is closed Legitimate interest for dispute resolution
Marketing data (with consent) Until consent is withdrawn User Consent

Once the retention period ends, data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymized so that it can no longer be linked to you. Data used for statistical purposes is anonymized before any analysis takes place.

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

353bet uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the platform running properly, improve user experience, and understand how the site is used. The types of cookies used are outlined below:

Essential cookies (always active)

Required for basic platform functionality — session authentication, bet slip management, language preferences, and security settings. These cannot be disabled without affecting how the platform operates.

Performance and analytics cookies

Used to understand how users navigate the platform — which pages are accessed most, where technical errors occur, and load times. Data is aggregated and anonymized; no personally identifiable information is processed in this category.

Functionality cookies

They save user preferences such as favorite sports, preferred odds format (decimal or fractional), and interface settings. They make the experience more personalized without storing any sensitive data.

Marketing cookies (with consent)

Only used if you give explicit consent in the cookie banner when you first visit the site. They allow 353bet to show relevant promotions within the platform based on your interests. They are not used to track you outside of the 353bet website.

Manage cookies: You can manage your cookie preferences at any time in your account settings or your browser settings. Disabling performance and functionality cookies may affect your experience on the platform, but will not prevent you from using the core features.

Third-party pixels and SDKs

353bet may use performance pixels for its own marketing campaigns — not to track individual users, but to measure the overall effectiveness of promotions in aggregate. No third-party SDKs with access to users' financial or betting data are used without prior security audits.

9. Your Rights as a Data Subject

The LGPD guarantees you a set of rights regarding your personal data. 353bet makes it easy to exercise these rights through Portuguese-language support and responds to requests within the legal timeframe:

Data access

You may request a copy of all personal data that 353bet holds about you, including registration details, financial history, and betting records.

Data correction

If any information is incorrect or out of date — a wrong name, an old address, an incorrect email — you can request a correction at any time through support.

Data deletion

You may request the deletion of your personal data. Data subject to mandatory legal retention periods (such as financial records and KYC files) cannot be deleted early, but will be permanently removed once the legal retention period expires.

Data portability

You may request an export of your data in a machine-readable format (CSV or JSON) for transfer to another service, subject to applicable technical and legal limitations.

Right to object

You may object to the processing of your data when it is based on legitimate interest or consent. 353bet will review the request and cease processing if no overriding legal basis exists.

Sharing information

You may request information about which third parties have access to your data, for what purpose, and under what contractual data protection guarantees.

To exercise any of these rights, submit a written request to suporte@353bet.best with the subject line "LGPD Right — [request type]" and a description of what you need. 353bet will respond within 15 business days as provided under the LGPD. In complex cases, this deadline may be extended with prior notice.

Filing a complaint with the ANPD: If you believe your rights as a data subject have not been respected after contacting 353bet, you have the right to file a complaint with the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD), the federal body responsible for overseeing LGPD compliance in Brazil.

10. Contact, Data Protection Officer (DPO) and Jurisdiction

How to contact us

For any questions, requests, or complaints regarding the processing of your personal data by 353bet:

  • Email: suporte@353bet.best — use the subject line "Privacy" or "LGPD Rights" for priority handling
  • Live chat: available 24 hours a day directly on the platform — request to speak with the privacy team for data-specific inquiries
  • Support available in Portuguese: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Data Protection Officer (DPO)

As required by the LGPD, 353bet has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) responsible for ensuring the platform's compliance with data protection legislation and for serving as the communication channel between users, the company, and the ANPD. The DPO can be reached at the same email address above — please use the subject line "Attention: DPO".

Governing law and jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy is governed by Brazilian law, in particular by the LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018) and by the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990). For any disputes relating to the processing of your personal data, the courts of the district of São Paulo — SP shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the consumer's right to file a claim in the courts of their own domicile.

Changes to this Policy: When this Policy is updated in a material way, you will receive an email notification and/or an in-platform notice at least 15 days before the new terms take effect. Continued use of 353bet after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the changes.

Privacy in Practice at 353bet

Principles that go beyond the text of this Policy and are reflected in the platform's day-to-day operations

Data Minimization — Only What We Need

353bet does not collect data for the sake of collecting information. Every field in the registration form serves a specific purpose: CPF for identity verification and tax compliance, mobile number for account recovery and authentication, and address for KYC residency verification. If a piece of data has no clear purpose, it is not collected.

End-to-End Encryption

From the moment you enter your password to the confirmation of your Pix payment, all data is transmitted encrypted. Documents submitted during KYC are encrypted at rest on the servers. Card data is never stored in 353bet's systems — only tokens generated by PCI-DSS certified payment gateways.

Zero Data Sales to Third Parties

No 353bet user database is ever sold, rented, or handed over to marketing companies, data brokers, or any third party for commercial purposes. This is not a marketing promise — it is explicitly stated in contracts with all of the platform's operational partners, with contractual penalties for any breach.

Simplified Exercise of LGPD Rights

You do not need to hire a lawyer to exercise your data subject rights. An email to suporte@353bet.best with the subject line "LGPD Right" and a description of your request is all it takes. The team responds within 15 business days, and for straightforward requests such as access to your betting history, the actual response time is typically 1 to 2 business days.

Proactive Incident Notification

If a security incident that could affect your data is identified, 353bet won't wait for you to find out on your own. Our internal protocol requires notifying the ANPD within the legal deadline and directly communicating with affected users — with clear guidance on what data was involved and what steps were taken.

Audit and Continuous Improvement

353bet's privacy policy is not a static document created just to tick a box. The infrastructure undergoes periodic penetration testing, the security team receives regular LGPD training, and data handling practices are reviewed whenever there are changes to legislation or platform services.

Privacy FAQ

Common questions from Brazilian users about how 353bet handles personal data

Your CPF is used internally for identity verification and tax compliance purposes. Financial data — including transaction information above the thresholds set by applicable regulations — may be reported to tax and regulatory authorities in accordance with the legal obligations that apply to betting platforms in Brazil. This sharing is required by law and does not constitute a violation of your privacy — it is the same procedure followed by any regulated financial institution in the country.

No. Full credit or debit card numbers are never stored on 353bet's servers. When you make a card payment, your data is sent directly to a PCI-DSS certified payment gateway, which processes it and returns only an encrypted token. This token allows the card to be recognized for future payments without 353bet ever having access to the actual card number. If you wish to remove saved tokens, you can do so in your account settings or by contacting support.

You can opt out of marketing communications in two ways: (1) by clicking "unsubscribe" in the footer of any promotional email from 353bet — opt-outs are processed within 48 hours; or (2) by going to the notification settings in your account and disabling marketing communications. Please note that even after opting out of marketing, you will continue to receive important transactional emails about your account — deposit confirmations, security alerts, and notices about changes to the terms. These emails cannot be disabled as they are necessary for the safe operation of your account.

Not immediately. Some data must be retained for minimum legal periods even after account closure: financial records and KYC documents are kept for 5 years in accordance with anti-money laundering legislation and tax regulations. Basic registration data is retained for the same period for potential dispute resolution or compliance with court orders. Once those periods expire, data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymized. Marketing and personalization data with no legal retention obligation is deleted immediately upon account closure.

Betting history is used to personalize your experience within the platform — for example, highlighting Brasileirão matches for users who frequently bet on Brazilian football, or suggesting relevant promotions within 353bet. This use is based on legitimate interest and you can opt out of it in your account settings. Betting data is not shared with external advertising platforms, social networks, or any advertising service outside of 353bet.

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale involving the transfer of users' personal data, 353bet will notify users with reasonable advance notice and ensure that the acquiring party assumes the same obligations set out in this Privacy Policy with respect to the transferred data. You will have the right to request deletion of your data before the transfer if you do not agree to the new terms, subject to the mandatory legal retention periods described in this Policy.
